Another sap run today but with the warm weather and no night freeze the grade of syrup produced has dropped. If you prefer the darker syrup we now have some available. The Lanark & district Syrup Producers Assoc. celebrated there tapping out party today at Springdale Farm. Check out CTV news at noon tomorrow for highlights and you may even see our taffy being poured.
